Then join this extended weekend of meditation & yoga at Storbuan Økosamfunn! Yoga is a complete system of well-being in body, mind, and soul. Whether you are a taxi driver, student, single mother or retired, this retreat will help you handle life's challenges in a better way.

Together we will practice simple meditation techniques, breathing exercises with mantra, yoga asanas (exercises) for both beginners and those with some experience, guided deep relaxation, and more. Among other things, there will be live music meditation - a favorite for many! A full menu of delicious vegetarian food is included in the price. Here you will also have the opportunity to learn how to cook tasty vegetarian food and get an insight into the science of yoga: an ancient philosophy that addresses various personal and societal problems facing us today.
