You are not alone. With us, you get a break and the strength to deal with life. Or just a cup of tea. Every week we hold meditation & relaxation sessions in the center. But also courses, for example in yoga.

Actually, it's mostly about feeling good inside. And finding your way back to stillness. Feel free to drop by, we hope to see you!

We want to share all that the meditation and yoga lifestyle has to offer, and we are sure that you will be able to find something that is right for you :) For example, you can join the free meditation every week:

    If you are completely new to meditation, we can warmly recommend you to join our Tuesday or Wednesday classes.

Maybe you will join us this week already. But occasionally we also hold special courses in vegetarian cooking, self-development and yoga wisdom classes, and towards the end of the year we arrange vegetarian Christmas dinners. About every month we have a day retreat, and 3-4 times a year we go to yoga and meditation retreats at Storbuan eco-community.

About us

Trondheim Meditasjon & Yoga (TMY) is a voluntary organization run by Anja, Kristian, Lisa, Kristin and several other friends. Yoga and meditation have become a big part of our lives, it gives us a lot of inner peace and joy, and we therefore try to share it with others, as it was once given to us - therefore many of our courses are free :)

We want to offer you a place where you can feel at home, and find a little more harmony in yourself and your everyday life.
In other words: come as you are.

Peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of all these things and still be calm in your heart.

Here are we, who are behind Trondheim Meditasjon & Yoga



Anja has practiced meditation and studied Yoga wisdom for over 20 years, and sees great value and joy in sharing it with others. She loves mantra singing, cooking and talking about deep topics and life issues. Anja is our general manager.



Kristian is a really kind-hearted person and friend who is always happy to lend a helping hand. He is responsible for finance, marketing and helps Anja with the administration of our organization.



Kristin is very fond of singing and playing guitar, often leads music meditation with her nice voice. She also loves being in nature and is a good conversation partner.



Lisa has a big heart and loves deep conversations that she fills with a lot of knowledge. She often leads introductory courses in meditation.
