During the retreat you will learn & develop many skills that can be easily implemented in your daily life to help to recreate the sublime peace you will be experiencing throughout your stay. We will be learning calming yoga breathing, a variety of meditation practices, and enjoying simple yoga classes perfect for all levels. All these practices take you into an energized yet relaxed mood in your body and mind, and effectively removes any stress or anxiety.
You will also get the chance to deeply relax & recharge in our Yoga Sound Therapy sessions. This is a group meditation where live music is combined with ancient yoga sounds. We end each day with a soothing lying-down deep relaxation. The delicious vegetarian meals are always a positive surprise for our guests, especially those who are not used to a meatless meal.
